  1. the packaging and / or product is faulty
  2. you have had an adverse reaction to the product (photographic evidence may be required)

We accept returns for refunds up to 30 days after the shipping date of your purchase. All return requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds are issued within 30 days of our receipt of the returned product.

To request a return, email: info@relativskin.com. Please include your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and the reason you’re requesting a refund. Your order number appears on both your receipt and your packing slip. We will respond to your request with further instructions.

Please note, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending your returned items to relativskin.com. We suggest you obtain tracking information when sending.
